KOREAN STREET Bulgogi Japchae 103 g

Ingredients:

Glass noodles 58.3% (potato starch, mung bean starch), seasoning sauce 38.8% (SOY sauce (water, defatted SOY beans, WHEAT, salt), sugar, nashi pear pulp (nashi pears, antioxidant: E300), SESAM oil, glucose-fructose syrup, garlic, seasoning (water, maltodextrin, salt, defatted SOYbeans, WHEAT, yeast extract, hydrolysed SOY protein, emulsifier: E322 (contains SOY), acidity regulator: E330, shiitake powder, ginger powder, onion extract, onion powder, garlic powder, onion juice concentrate, garlic juice concentrate, black pepper), onions, maltodextrin, water, flavour enhancers: E621, E640, E635, black pepper, dextrose, lemon vinegar, salt, BARLEY MALT extract), dried ingredient mix (onions, carrots, pak choi, shiitake, SOY protein preparation (SOY protein, defatted SOY beans, salt, WHEAT, shiitake extract, garlic juice concentrate)).

May contain crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, milk, celery, mustard and molluscs.

Preparation:

1. Put the noodles and ingredient mix in a bowl. 

2. Add boiling water until everything is covered and let it simmer for 4 minutes. 

3. Then drain the water completely and add the sauce. Stir well before serving.
